The building is located in a prime location in the city centre. Totalling 28 apartments, the building contains 22 two-bedroom units and 6 one-bedroom units with private balconies.
The apartments are designed to maximize natural light and create a sense of spaciousness, with open-concept living areas, high ceilings and large windows.
The ground floor area included the creation of a private garden and inside the building features a range of luxurious amenities including commercial office, a gym and bike storage.
