The €7.7m project involves demolishing the existing 397sqm single-storey industrial building and the construction of a new seven-storey building, containing 28 apartments.
Teeavan have taken on all partitions ceilings and plastering works on this one.
The apartment building will contain 22 Two-bedroom units and 6 One-bedroom units with private balconies, and the ground floor area has a private garden a commercial office/gym, and bike storage.
We are currently on site scheduled to finish late 2022, we will update you with some finished pictures upon completion.
