Our site team added the finishing touches in early 2022 to a 48bedroom refurbishment in the great Gresham Hotel on O’Connell Street in Dublin City Centre.
We were heavily involved in the design elements at the early stages on this one working alongside the Rui Plaza Group.
We turned this project around under a tight programme is just under 11weeks.
